What subscription options can I choose?
Subscriptions are designed around repeatable supply. You choose the coffee, the format (whole bean or ground), and a delivery cadence (details shown on the Subscriptions setup page.
Can I manage, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions should be manageable from your Account portal. If you ever cannot access the portal, Contact us.
When will I be charged for a subscription order?
Subscription billing rules depend on the subscription system implementation. The Subscription page should state the exact billing timing clearly. If you are unsure, Contact us before checkout.
