Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only. If your address is not eligible, checkout may prevent completion.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
If your address is a PO box, enter it at checkout to confirm eligibility. Some carriers and service levels may not deliver to PO boxes in every region.
Do you ship to rural addresses?
In most cases, yes. Rural routes can take longer, and delivery estimates are still estimates.
Are delivery timelines guaranteed?
No. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can affect timing.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping fees are shown during checkout before you finalize payment.
Do you offer free shipping?
If we run a free shipping threshold or free shipping promotions, you will see them on the website and at checkout.
Do you provide tracking?
If your shipment includes tracking, it will be emailed once the carrier scan is created. Some delivery types or regions may have limited tracking events.
What if tracking says “delivered” but I cannot find my package?
First, check around your delivery location (porch, side door, mailroom, concierge) and ask household members. If it is still missing, contact us (Contact us). We will review the carrier scan and help you take the next step.
What happens if a package is returned to sender?
Returned shipments usually happen because of an address issue or a missed delivery window. Contact us (Contact us) and we will confirm next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
