Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders, save addresses, and manage subscriptions later. (My Account)
How do I log in to my account?
Use the login page. If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on that page.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check spam/junk and search your inbox for “Rock Paper Coffee.” If it is not there after a few minutes, contact us at info@rockpapercoffee.com with your name and the email used at checkout. (Contact us)
Can I change my order after I place it?
If you need to change an address or correct something quickly, contact us right away (Contact us). Once an order enters processing or ships, changes may not be possible.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Orders move fast once processing starts. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately (Contact us). If an order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Why was my order cancelled?
Occasionally we cancel orders for reasons like inventory availability, address issues, or payment verification. If this happens, we will let you know by email.
