Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders, save addresses, and manage subscriptions later.

How do I start a wholesale partnership?
Submit the wholesale inquiry form Wholesale. We review and reply within the stated timeframe and then send pricing, minimums, and logistics options.
Do you accept returns?
Because coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. Returns are only considered if there is an issue with the product or fulfillment (damage, defect, wrong item, missing item). This is part of how we protect freshness and food safety.
