Step-by-Step Brewing Guide

1. Choose Your Coffee

  • Start with fresh, quality beans. If you’re not sure where to begin, explore our selection and find what fits your taste.
  • A medium grind works best — similar to pour over, but slightly coarser if you want more clarity.

2. Heat Your Water

  • Heat water to 90–96°C (195–205°F).

3. Prepare the Filter

  • Place the filter in your brewer and rinse it with hot water. Discard the rinse water.

4. Add Coffee

  • Add your ground coffee to the brewer.
  • Use a ratio of 1:15 (1 gram of coffee to 15 grams of water).

5. Start with Immersion

  • Close the switch to stop the flow.
  • Pour all your water in and let the coffee steep evenly.
  • Let it sit for about 1–2 minutes.

6. Release

  • Open the switch and allow the coffee to drain through the filter.
  • No need to rush , let gravity do the work.

7. Serve

  • Once the water has fully passed through, remove the brewer.

Enjoy the Process

No need to force it.

There’s a moment for control,  and a moment to let go.

Let it be what it is.

Coffee always wins.
