Slow, Smooth, and Built Over Time
Cold Brew: Slow, Smooth, and Built Over Time

Cold brew is for those who understand that better coffee takes time.
By removing heat and letting the coffee steep slowly, you gain a smoother, more refined cup; lower in acidity and naturally balanced.
The wait isn’t the cost. It’s the advantage.

What You’ll Need

  • Cold brew maker or jar
  • Coffee (coarse grind)
  • Scale (recommended)
  • Filter or strainer

Step-by-Step Brewing Guide

1. Choose Your Coffee

Start with fresh, quality beans. If you’re not sure where to begin, explore our selection and find what fits your taste.

For cold brew, a coarse grind works best to keep the extraction clean and smooth.

2. Add Coffee and Water

Add your ground coffee to your container.

Use a ratio of 1:4 to 1:8 depending on how strong you want it (strong concentrate vs ready-to-drink).

Pour in cold or room temperature water and make sure all grounds are fully saturated.

3. Let It Steep

Cover and let it sit for 12–24 hours.

You can leave it at room temperature or in the fridge,  both work.

4. Filter

Strain the coffee using a filter or fine mesh to remove all grounds.

Take your time.  A clean filter makes a smoother cup.

5. Serve

Serve over ice, or dilute with water or milk to your taste.

Enjoy the Process

Nothing to rush.

Let it sit. Let it build.
