Welcome to Rock Paper Coffee. These Terms of Use (and Sale) (the “Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchases you make through our online store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from the store.

We work hard to keep product information accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may correct the listing and cancel impacted orders, including after an order is submitted.

Payments are processed using our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping regions
We ship to Canada only for now.
If your location is not eligible for shipping, checkout may prevent completion.
7.2 Delivery timelines
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, peak seasons, or other events outside our control.
7.3 Risk of loss
Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
7.4 Incorrect addresses
If an order is delayed or lost because the address you entered was incomplete or incorrect, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.
8. Returns and Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will try to make it right. In many cases we can resolve issues with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
8.2 Food products and freshness
Because coffee and many of our items are food products, returns are limited. Generally:
- We cannot accept returns of opened food products
- We may not accept returns of perishable or freshness-sensitive products
- We may request photos and order details to investigate an issue
8.3 Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
8.4 Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed.
9. Food Product Notes
9.1 Product information
We may provide tasting notes, roast notes, origin details, and brewing guidance. These are informational and may vary by batch.
9.2 Allergies and sensitivities
Please review product details carefully. If you have allergies, sensitivities (including caffeine sensitivity), or dietary restrictions, you are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for you.
9.3 Storage and use
You are responsible for storing and using products appropriately after delivery.
10. Gift Cards
10.1 How gift cards work
Gift cards:
- Can be redeemed only as described at purchase
- Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law
- Must be kept secure, as anyone with the code may be able to redeem them
10.2 Expiry and fees
Gift card rules vary by province. In many Canadian jurisdictions, gift cards generally cannot expire and fees that reduce the value may be restricted. We follow applicable rules based on where the gift card is purchased and used.
10.3 Lost or stolen cards
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
11. Subscriptions
If we offer subscriptions (for example, recurring coffee deliveries), the following applies:
11.1 Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you select until you cancel.
11.2 Managing or canceling
You can manage or cancel a subscription through your account (if available) or by contacting support.
11.3 Cutoff timing
